At Hazbay, we want every order to be delivered in a clear, safe, and reliable way. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing time, delivery options, shipping costs, tracking details, and important information for domestic and international orders.

We currently offer shipping within the United States and selected international destinations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during high volume periods, holidays, sales, or carrier delays may require extra processing time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Selected European countries where reliable shipping service is available

Shipping availability may depend on the destination, carrier service, local delivery rules, and product restrictions. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship to that location.

3. United States Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options for customers in the United States:

Economy Shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders and is suitable for customers who are comfortable with standard delivery times.

International shipping is currently available to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and selected European countries.

5. Order Tracking

All Hazbay orders include tracking information.

After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can use this link to follow your shipment status.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

6. Shipping Delays

We work to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may happen due to:

Hazbay is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help you review the shipment status.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Hazbay does not control these fees and cannot predict the exact amount.

Customs delays may also affect the final delivery date.

8. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Hazbay is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

9. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or household members.

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and shipping details. We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos so we can help resolve the matter properly.

10. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, original shipping fees may not be refunded.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries or regions due to carrier limits, local laws, or import rules.

If we are unable to ship your order after it has been placed, we will notify you by email and issue a refund where applicable.
